He was introduced as the son of Andre the Giant despite there being no relationship between them.Big Show made his professional in-ring debut with his ring name as ‘The Giant’ against Hulk Hogan during the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. He won the World Championship Wrestling bout after Hogan’s manager got him disqualified.In November 1995, Paul entered the sixty-man battle royal for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship title match. He later teamed up with Ric Flair to fight Savage and Hogan at the Clash of the Champions XXXII but was defeated in a cage match.
